Alameda Alliance for Health is a local, public, not-for-profit managed care health plan committed to making high quality health care services accessible and affordable to Alameda County residents. The Alliance staff and provider network reflect the county's cultural and linguistic diversity.

We are proud to offer our members an extensive network of doctors, specialists, hospitals and pharmacies. The Alliance currently provides health care coverage through three programs: Medi-Cal, Alliance Group Care for IHSS workers, and Alliance CompleteCare (a Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan).

Avoid waiting on the phone—use our web services for Alliance members

Our Member Services team is receiving an unusually high volume of calls. Recent changes, including the influx of enrollees into the Medi-Cal program and expansion of benefits, are causing longer than usual phone wait times. We are working very hard to support each of our members through the recent changes and return to the level of customer service you have come to expect from us. Thank you from all of us at Alameda Alliance for Health for your patience during this transition.

Avoid waiting on the phone by using our secure Member Portal to order or print a new ID card or change your doctor. You will need to create a Member Portal account to use it the first time.
