The primary goal of Provider Relations is to continually strengthen the Alliance’s communication and relationships with providers through the development of education and outreach programs, and prompt issue resolution.

Each practice is assigned an Alliance CompleteCare Provider Relations Representative based on the provider’s specialty type. Your Provider Relations Representative is your main point of contact and a resource for resolution of any issues that arise.
