Find a Doctor/Facility
When you select your Primary Care Provider (PCP) and specialists, check first to be sure your PCP and specialists are in the same contracted provider group. Look for the name of the contracted provider group below each provider listing, under the provider’s name and contact information. A provider may be affiliated with more than one contracted provider group.
If your PCP refers you for specialty services, he or she will refer you to a provider in your PCP’s contracted provider group. This means that the PCP you select may determine the specialists you may see. Also, if you want to use a particular Alliance CompleteCare specialist, check first to be sure your PCP and the specialist are in the same contracted provider group.
